2. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & MANUFACTURING Bold Athletics utilizes a print-on-demand dropshipping model. Products are manufactured and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

• Accuracy: We endeavor to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the physical product.
• Variations: Slight variations in print alignment, sizing (within 1-inch tolerance), and color saturation are industry standard and do not constitute a defect.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bold Athleticsshall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, and the Bold Athletics logos, are the exclusive property of Bold Athletics. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.

5. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bold Athletics and our partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS Because our products are made-to-order, please allow 4-7, 7-10 for US fulfillment or International fulfillment please allow these business days for production before your order ships. Estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by Bold Athletics.

2. FINAL SALE POLICY All items are custom-printed for the customer. Consequently, Bold Athletics does not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, "buyer’s remorse," or shipping delays. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 business days after the product has been received. Please email boldathleticsofficial@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. If the error is verified as a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESS If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
